I'm finally going to lose the weight.  These 30 pounds that I have felt self-conscious about for all of college, if not longer.  I'm going to stop telling myself I "deserve" a treat, I'm going to stop eating junk food because I haven't all day.  I'm not going to skip working out, even if that means a two mile run.  I'm going to stop over eating, and really ask myself if I am hungry.  This is my promise to myself.  By October, I will have lost the weight.  I'm done pretending it's not an issue.
